Write Up
There are not many negative things you can say about Morris, he just simply got the job done during his time at Iowa State.   He was one of the most efficient and consistently good PG’s in the country and is just a solid player overall.  He shot a nearly 40% career average from 3 at Iowa State, posted an AST:TO ratio of 6:1, and grabbed nearly 5 rebounds per game to boot.  He elevated Iowa State into one of the powerhouses of the Big 12 with few NBA draftees (Georges Niang being the most recent) during his tenure.  Morris is an extremely smart player and has the skills to play PG and some off ball in the NBA.  He may struggle due to his lack of length, strength, and lack of elite quickness, but overall his body of work may be the strongest in this draft and he will provide a team with nice depth.
